From machining to assembly on our own production line

Every SMILE medical hydraulic pump goes through our own production line: CNC machining, spraying and assembly. Keeping these steps in our own factory lets us follow each pump from the first machined part to the finished unit.

100% final inspection before shipment

Every pump receives a final inspection before it ships. Not a sample from the batch, but each unit.

Measured in our own lab

In our lab, parts are checked with coordinate measuring, projection measurement and tensile & compression testing equipment, so the pump you receive matches the drawing you approved.
